Little beats the arrival of summer in London. Glorious as these long summer days are their numbers are few so let's get outside and make the most of them.

The London Summer 7s is a great day of rugby sevens, touch rugby  to watch or participate in with divisions for all skill levels from fun fancy dress teams right through to national level players. There will be a great selection of food and drink to sit and enjoy in the sun. Live music from late afternoon until the sun goes down. Plus there'll be a great variety of stalls and attractions to peruse at your leisure. Who could ask for anything more?
